For our April workshop, we are delighted to welcome Nutritional Therapist Audrey Dickinson from Nourish & Flourish Nutrition who will be educating us on how to achieve hormone health harmony.
Does approaching your monthly cycle fill you with dread, anxiety or depression? Knowing you're going to be curled up in a ball, feeling nauseous, emotional and ready to gun down your nearest and dearest if they even suggest your being irrational? Maybe, you don’t even know when your next menses will occur because you've reached that age where your body is transitioning from one stage of the reproductive cycle to another, or years of contraception have messed around with your cycle too much. What you do know is that you’ve not had a decent night’s sleep in ages and your wakening up in a puddle of sweat. Your skin has become drier as well as every other orifice and your joints are starting to creak as you try to stand up.
As a Nutritional Therapist, it is Audrey's' passion to help educate women about their hormonal health & development and explain what nutrients and essential fats are needed to support a woman as she transitions from one phase to the next.

As well as learning about the biochemical processes of hormone development and detoxification, we will look at the impacts of our present lifestyle, stress, sleep hygiene and exercise regimes on our hormone health and how this could contribute towards hormone fluctuations.
