Movement is a vital nutrient to your well-being, just like food, rest and a community that supports you. But oftentimes, we don't get as much of it due to our sedentary work or hectic schedules. We try to fit more “exercise” into our days but what if we picked up a few of the many opportunities to move by changing some habits instead?
In this mobility lab, expert Evamaria Kulovits will show you how to integrate yoga into your workday, to add more (and better) movement in your everyday life. Best of all you can do them right at your workspace!
With our busy and creative community in mind, Evamaria has designed a workshop that will allow you to enhance your mobility, energy, creativity, fun, and relaxation!
Here’s a sneak peek of what you can expect:
⚡ Get a feel for your body and its needs for movement and rest throughout the day.
⚡ Take your yoga “off the mat” - Learn simple movements and a short yoga flow that you can do in an office/indoor workspace or even outside in the park!
⚡ Learn to use desks, chairs, couches, door frames and books for your practice.
⚡ Oh and finally, you are in for some yummy breathing exercises and relaxation time!

📌 Who is this workshop for?
Are you sitting while you are reading this? Is there some way you could be active while sitting?
This workshop can be enjoyed by everyone but especially those who work in creative jobs that involve a lot of desk/screen time. It's also for people who are looking to add more movement in their day but have no clue where to start and are already running on a tight schedule.
📌 Who is your teacher?
Evamaria is a yoga teacher and a creative mind. She moved to The Hague with her family three years ago and has since given up her “classical” office job.
She used to spend a lot of time behind the computer and in meetings that she started thinking about how to integrate movement into everyday life rather than making it a stand-out “exercise”.
Becoming a yoga teacher has changed her daily movement habits for the better and she continues to explore more sustainable and fun alternatives to a sedentary lifestyle.
Evamaria offers yoga classes (groups and private), workshops and retreats in and around The Hague. She aims to empower her students so they can find sustainable strength, self-confidence, and ease in their both body and mind.

📌 What to bring:
1. Comfortable clothing and socks are recommended but not required.
2. Something for note-taking.
3. If you have one, please bring a small pillow or cushion for your head and some extra comfort. Mats, blankets, and blocks will be provided.
Experience in yoga is NOT required for this workshop!
